From the beginning, managing partner Mitchell L. Feldman built his firm with one mission: to fight for those who have been injured, neglected and mistreated and the relatives and loved ones of those harmed by the negligence of others.

Mr. Feldman spent over a decade defending insurance companies against all sorts of injury claims and workers’ compensation claims. He now uses that defense background, experience and insight into strategic plans to maximize recovery, whether through settlement or verdict, for every client.
